Fly Trondheim - Amsterdam - Bilbao. Guggenheim Museum før avgang til Vitoria Gasteiz.

I Vitoria Gasteiz bor vi på Hotel Silken Ciudad de Vitoria i 3 netter.

4. september

Bil til Antonana. Tur i Izki naturreservat.

5. september

Klar for Aitzkorri. Med San Adrian Tunnel.

6. september

Siste tur på turen. Casa Forestal de Aralar. Deretter rett til San Sebastian.

Izki naturreservat

Onsdag. 11,2 km. Estimert 3 timer og 45 min. Much of the walk traverses dense forest with yew, maple, and ash.The gorge and the village of Korres are especially attractive, and the return along the Soila ridge spectacular.

Aitzkorri

Torsdag.16 km. 7 timer. This is a fairly long but extremely beautiful circuit. It visits the fascinating San Adrian Tunnel and takes in the well preserved Calzada Roman (road historically used as a link on The Pilgrims Route to Santiago). It is a steep 500 m climb from the tunnel to the summit of Aitzkorri. This is done early in the walk.

Sierra de Alalar

Fredag. 17,3 km. 4 timer 45 min. Moderate, with a gradual gain in height of 400 m over several kilometers. The walk culminates with an ascent of Irumugugarrieta. OBS. Once above the forest, it is very easy to get lost on the high pastureland when the mist comes down. Waymarking is clear except in a couple of places on the return from Urdangoene (se turkartet for fredag). Bestigning av Irumugugarrieta kan være 'optional'.
